At Sunny Side Fungi, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality mushrooms and handcrafted dried products sourced from our small family farm and trusted local growers in San Diego County.

Because many of our products are perishable food items, please review our policy below.

Fresh Mushroom Products

All fresh mushroom sales are final due to the perishable nature of the product.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

We may offer:

  • Store credit

  • Replacement product

  • Partial or full refund at our discretion

Products must be properly stored and refrigerated after delivery.

Dried Products & Powders

We accept returns on unopened dried products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unopened and unused

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Farmers Market Purchases

All farmers market purchases are final.
If there is ever an issue with your purchase, please reach out directly and we will do our best to make it right.

Shipping Issues

Sunny Side Fungi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
